Concord Grape Freezer Jam

Supplies I used:

*Stainless Steel stock Pot
*Potato Masher
*Concord Grapes, washed
*Strainer

*Sugar
*Fresh Lemon Juice
*Light Corn Syrup
*Water
*Fruit Pectin
*Freezer Safe Containers, cleaned
*Permanent Marker

Follow the directions that comes with your Fruit Pectin for the Freezer Grape Jelly/Jam.
