*
*2 and 1/2 pounds Thin Pork Chops (around 7), seared

*2 tablespoons Butter

*2-3 tablespoons Extra Light Olive Oil

*Seasoned Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper

*Pinch Red Pepper Flakes or to taste

**4 Gala Apples, peeled and sliced

**12 ounce can Ginger Ale or Sprite

*
Season pork chops with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Then sear seasoned pork chops in a cast iron skillet with butter and olive oil, on medium heat, searing 3 to 4 pork chops at a time. (3 to 4 minutes per side.)

Cinnamon Sauce

*
*1/4 cup Butter, melted

*1/4 cup Brown Sugar

*1 teaspoon Cinnamon

*1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

*1/8 teaspoon Paprika

*Pinch Red Pepper Flakes or to taste

*
In a bowl combine the cinnamon sauce ingredients. Set aside.

Using a Crock pot with liner, pour in the ginger ale. Then layer starting with sliced apples, seared pork chops and 1/2 of the cinnamon sauce and spread on pork chops, repeat layering a second time and top with sliced apples. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or to your crock pot instructions.

Enjoy!
