 Balsamic Pork Loin Crock Pot Style

*1 (1 and 1/2 to 2) pound Pork Loin Boneless Filet, frozen (we used Smithfield brand), thawed in refrigerator

*1 cup Chicken Stock (I used 1/2 tablespoon Low sodium chicken stalk powder to a cup of warm water)

*2 tablespoons Honey

*1/8 cup Balsamic Vinegar

*1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

*1 tablespoon dry minced Garlic

*2 teaspoons dry minced Onions

*1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

*1/4-1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

*Black Pepper to taste

In a crock pot with liner, layer the above ingredients and cook on high 4-6 hours or on low 6-8 hours or according to your crock pot instructions.
