Harry Potter Caramel Sorting Hats

Supplies:

*Cupcakes or Muffins

*1 Container of Frosting, piping bag and tip of choice

*Kraft Caramel Squares, these work best (Fresh Caramels work best), unwrap

*Pointed Fondant tool

Instruction:

Pipe frosting on cupcakes, then use 2 caramels to make each hat. Form one into a round disc (ruffle edges if desired.) and then the second caramel into a cone shape, then fold down the tip slightly and with the fondant tool press in the eyes and mouth as desired. Place on frosted cupcakes right before serving.

Brownie Harry Potter Monster Book of Monsters

Supplies:

*1 box Brownie Mix, your choice and make according to directions on the package. Then cut into rectangular shapes.

*Wilton medium size Candy Eyes

*Red Licorice, cut into 2–3-inch pieces

*Canned Chocolate Frosting or melted chocolate chips for adding candy eyes.

Instructions:

Cool brownies and cut into rectangles, maybe around 4 by 3 inches or to you desired size. Add 3 to 4 eyes as desired to the top of the brownie close to one of the longest sides of the brownie, attach with frosting or melted chocolate. Then place the cut piece of licorice below the eyes on the side of the brownie.
