Easy Queso

*1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Onion and Chiles

*1 can (7ounce) Roasted Green Chiles

*1 pound Velveta Cheese

*4 ounces Pepper Jack Cheese, grated

In a double Boiler on medium low heat, melt the Velveta Cheese and Rotel until melted then adding Pepper Jack cheese, stir until combined. Enjoy!

Ideas for dipping: Soft Pretzels, cubed French Bread or Savory Artisan Bread, Crackers, Corn Tortillas and Sauce for Nachos.

Vegetables: (Asparagus, Cauliflower, Broccoli and Blanched, if desired), Carrots, Celery and Zucchini.
