Easy Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes
*3 large Sweet Potatoes/Yams (Cooked, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces about 5 cups) Also you can peel them before boiling them in a pot of water and cook until pieces are slightly firm.
*3/4 cup Brown Sugar, sprinkle on top
*1/2 cup Butter, sliced
*1/4 cup Silvered Almonds, optional
*1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt, sprinkle on top
*1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon, sprinkle on top
*Mini Marshmallows, optional
In a Pam sprayed baking dish (9×13 inches) layer the above ingredients, cover with foil and bake in a 350*F. oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and add a layer of mini marshmallows and place back in the oven and set on broil and watch carefully until marshmallows just start to turn golden brown.
