In the Garden for June

What a beautiful time of year I love the Spring and almost Summer Blooms. We have had really good rain everything is so green and pretty. Garden seeds planted about 2 weeks ago are all emerging from the ground and so are all the little grasshoppers. It’s time to put out No lo Bait for grasshoppers to eat and die.

These are Purple Ruffled Iris. I don’t have the official name for them. I got them from QVC, The first ones I bought from them died and these were the replacements.

Crimson Red Rhubarb

Rhubarb has had a hard time in my garden, it’s small this year but at least it hasn’t gone to seed.
