Bell Peppers are sweet pepper and Anaheim Peppers are the same as green chilies and you can buy them canned they are are mild hot pepper and Poblano Peppers are mild sweet hot pepper. Jalapeños are hot peppers and are used in salsa etc. When Jalapeños   turn red they tend to be hotter than the green Jalapeños.
