This banner is really simple to make with some scatter leaves and felt. if you want see how to make pennants banner you can link here.

Supplies:

*Scatter Leaves or any material pre-made leaves etc…
*Felt, colors of your choice, cut in leaf shapes
*Sewing Machine or Glue Gun, to attach leaves to pre-cut felt leaves
*Scissors

After assembling them attach to Pennant Banner with medium clothes pins.
