Cashew Chex Mix

Combine in extra large mixing bowl:

*3 cups Wheat Chex Mix
*3 cups Corn Chex Mix
*3 cups Rice Chex Mix
*3 cups Cheezit Whole Grain Crackers
*3 cups Pretzel Sticks
*10 ounces Cashew Pieces
*
Chex Sauce:
*
*1/2 cup Butter
*1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
*1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
*2 teaspoons Season-All (or your favorite seasoned salt)
*3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
*1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
*1/4 teaspoon Chipotle Chile Powder or to taste, optional

In a 4 cup glass measuring cup add the above sauce ingredients and heat in the microwave, watching until it starts to bubble. Then remove from microwave and drizzle and toss-drizzle and toss until coated. Place cashew chew mix in a 250* F. Preheated oven on two half baking sheets and bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. There are recipes for microwave and for the crockpot but I think this way turns out the best.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool on paper towels if desired or allow to cool on baking sheet and enjoy. Store cashew Chex mix in an airtight container.
