Strawberry Rice Cereal Treats

*1 (16 ounce) bag Miniature Marshmallows, Freshest you kind find

*4 tablespoons Butter

*1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

*.08 ounces Freeze Dried Strawberries, like Sunkist fruit chips, chopped (save some for topping)

*1 cup mini Marshmallows, optional

*1/2 baking sheet

*Parchment Paper

*Cooking Spray, optional for easy removal

In large Sauce Pan on medium-low heat melt the butter and then add the marshmallows. Melt until almost all the marshmallows are melted. Then remove from heat and add the vanilla, stir in and add the cereal mix just until combined, stir in extra 1 cup unmelted marshmallows.

Scoop out cereal mixture onto a parchment covered 1/2 baking sheet and press into a rectangle, (add dried strawberries to the top randomly) cut into about 2 inch squares or cut as desired.

Note: We made these for our Fondue Party and dipped them in melted in Ghiridelli Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

*1 and 1/2 pounds Strawberries, room temperature, washed and dried with paper towels
*10 ounces Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Melting wafers, melted (use more as needed)

Use 4 cup glass measuring cup and melt a cup of the wafers in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted or use a double boiler. Then dip in one strawberry at a time and place on wax paper to dry. Repeat…
