Nachos with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Tortilla Chips & Toppings:

*Cafe Style Tortilla Chips
*1 Orange Bell Pepper, chopped fine
*6-7 Green Onions, sliced thinly
*1 can Black Olives, Sliced in circles
*1/2 cup Turkey Pepperoni Mini’s or regular turkey pepperoni cut into bite sized pieces
* Bottled Jalapeño Peppers, as many as desired
*1 cup Garlic Cream Sauce
*1 cup Colby Jack Cheese or Pepper Jack, Shredded

Creamy Garlic Cream Sauce:

*3 tablespoons Butter
*1 tablespoon Extra Light Olive Oil
*6 cloves of Garlic Pressed
*1 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
*1/4-1/2 cup freshly grated Asiago Cheese
*1/4-1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
*Salt and Pepper to taste
*1/8 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes

Preheat oven 400*F.

Directions:

Garlic Cream Sauce:

Melt butter with extra light olive oil, add pressed garlic and cook on low heat about one minute. Add the remaining ingredients and cook just until it thickens. (If you want a little thicker Sauce add 1-2 teaspoons of Ultra Gel.)

Layering Nachos:

In a Cast Iron Skillet Layer with one layer of tortilla chips and then garlic cream sauce and then toppings, repeat until skillet is full ending with shredded Colby Jack/Pepper Jack Cheese. Bake in the oven about 7-10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.

Chicken Queso Nachos  Crock Pot Style

In crock pot add:

*40 ounce package frozen Chicken Breast Tenders, thaw in refrigerator
*14.5 ounce can Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
*1/2 cup fresh Jalapeños, sliced or I used Mezzetta Bottled Deli Sliced Jalapeños, more or less depending on the hotness you like
*4 ounce can Green Chiles, your choice mild, medium, or hot
*1/2 bottle medium Salsa, brand of your choice, I used our homemade Salsa
*8 ounce package Cream Cheese, adding the last hour of cooking.

Cook on medium-low to high 4 to 6 hours depending on your crock pot instructions.

**Note: Shred cooked chicken just before adding cream cheese to crock pot
