Bacon Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Bacon Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

*
*16 ounce container Whole Baby Bella Mushrooms, rinsed and wiped dry, stems removed (I found the best way is to twist the stems, hold the round part firmly with your left hand and using  your fingers with your right hand, twist stem carefully until removed.)

*4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

*Pre-cooked Bacon, chopped

*2 Green Onions, chopped

*1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

*Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste

*Extra Light Olive Oil

*
On a foil lined 1/2 baking sheet place the mushrooms round part down and spoon about a teaspoon cream cheese into the spot where the stem was removed. Then Add the toppings bacon, onions, cheese, salt and pepper.

*
Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms and bake in a 350*F. oven for 20-25 minutes.

Enjoy!
