Large Party Size Recipe

*
*5 cups Rice Chex

*5 cups Corn Chex

*1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips or Semi-Sweet

*3 1/2 tablespoons Butter

*3/4 cup Peanut Butter

*1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

*2 cups Mini Colorful Marshmallows, Kraft Jet-Puffed FunMallows

*1 cup Cashew Pieces, optional

*2 cups Reese’s Puff Bunnies, or Regular Reese’s Puffs Cereal

*4 ounce box Mini Robin Eggs, Whoppers

*3/4 cup Milk Chocolate Chips

*3 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar

*3 gallon sized resealable bags

Melt dark chocolate chips in a double boiler on medium-low heat. Then add butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until melted.

*
In an extra-large mixing bowl add the Chex Cereals and pour over the chocolate mixture and stirring carefully, so not to crush the Chex cereal, stir until cereal is all coated. I like to use 3 gallon sized bags add 1/3 of the powdered sugar and 1/3 of the coated Chex mixture. Seal up bags and shake until clear all is totally coated.

*
Then pour back into extra-large mixing bowl: Muddy buddies, marshmallows, cashews, Reese’s Puffs, mini robin eggs, milk chocolate chips. Toss together and store in an airtight container or in resealable bags.

Enjoy!

Doily Popcorn Cones

*
*12 inch Round Doilies, our package had 18 doilies (makes 72 cones) at the Dollar Store

*Transparent Tape

*Scissors

*
Fold each doily in half and then in half again, making 4 pointed, quartered triangular shapes. Roll one of the cut edges toward the opposite cut edge, working with it until you get a cone shape. This takes a little practice. Continue until desired amount of doilies are finished.

Fill with popcorn of your choice. See our flavored Jell-O Popcorn Recipes

White Chocolate Coated Popcorn

*
*18-20 cups Popped Popcorn, in Air-Popper or etc…
*1 1/2 cups White Melting Ghirardelli Wafers, melted (this is not really chocolate but I call it white chocolate)

*
Melt wafers in a double boiler or (I like to use a small glass bowl over a sauce pan, with 1/4 of the sauce pan filled with water then turn on the stove to medium-low heat, make sure the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the glass bowl and the water is to simmer not boil until wafers are melted.

*
In an extra large mixing bowl or 3 large bowls for easy mixing. Add the popped popcorn and drizzle or spoon small portions of melted white chocolate over popped corn mixing lightly, so as not to break up the popcorn too much.

*
Allow white chocolate to dry on popcorn and store in an airtight container.
