This is another recipe from our Apple Dinner Party!

Layered Snicker Salad

Cream Cheese Mixture:

* 2 containers of frozen Whipped Topping, one 16 ounce and one 8 ounce
* 2 packages Cream Cheese of your choice, I used one Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese, 8 ounces and one 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese, 8 ounces.

Thaw the Whipped Topping in the fridge and then mix with Cream Cheese. The less the fat in the Cream Cheese the easier it is to mix together.

Apples & Snickers:

I like to fill a glass bowl with water and add a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice to it and then cut up apples in bite size pieces and place cut apples into the water until all apples are cut.

* 2 Honey Crisp Apples, cut in bite size pieces
* 2 Granny Smith Apples, cut in bite size pieces

Drain Apples from Lemon water and add 1/4 of the cut apples into Cream Cheese mixture. Then gently mix in 1/4 of the cut Snickers.

*2 bags fun size Snickers, cut into bite size pieces

Layer remaining cut Snickers and Apples around edges of a 2 quart glass Trifle Bowl and then put cream cheese mixture in the center that was mixed with the 1/4 of the Apples and Snickers.

Serve.

Balsamic Vinegar Watermelon & Baby Lettuce Salad

*6 cups of your favorite Baby Lettuces (We used lettuce from are garden, Plato II, Lollo Rosa Lettuce, Butter Crunch.)
* 8 Strawberries sliced
*21 Grapes, halved
*1 4 ounces container Crumbled Feta Cheese

Caramelized Pecans

1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup pecan pieces

Use a sauce pot and cook sugar and pecans on medium low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar caramelizes and then separate on to a piece of wax paper be careful these are very hot!

Plate each salad separately starting with the lettuce and go down the list of ingredients. You will need a very small drizzle on each salad, the dressing is strong in taste after being simmered down. See pictures.

Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

*1 cup Balsamic vinegar
*1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
*1/2 cup Sugar
*1 sprig of Fresh Rosemary

Use a small stainless steel or glass Sauce pot and simmer the above ingredients for the dressing reducing the dressing by half stirring while reducing down.

When dressing is reduced down, cool and drizzle over each individual pre-made salads.
