Avocado Deviled Eggs

IMG_1879.JPG

I like deviled eggs, but I wanted to find a healthy version and these I think are a yummy deviled egg and usually with all healthy dishes eat them right away.

Avocado Deviled Eggs

*12 boiled Eggs, peeled, sliced in half and egg yolks removed
*2 medium ripe Avocados
*2 teaspoons fresh Lime Juice
*1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt (needs to be Greek yogurt for thickness) or you can use the cooked yolks
*1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce or to taste
*pinch of Salt or to taste
*chopped Turkey Pepperoni or Bacon, etc…, toppings

In a small electric chopper/blender, chop: Avocados, lime juice, yogurt or egg yolks, tabasco sauce and salt. Blend until smooth and pipe or scoop mixture into each sliced cooked egg white half.

Top with the topping of your choice and Enjoy!
