Cherry Cream Cheese Parfaits

*2 ounces 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese
*1 8 ounce Container Light Cool Whip, thawed in fridge
*1 cup Cottage Cheese
*1 1/2 tablespoons Jell-O Instant Cheesecake Pudding/Pie Filling, no milk added
*Cherry Pie Filling, topping

Mix together in bowl a 1/2 cup of the cool whip and cream cheese until well combined. Then add the remaining cool whip to cream cheese mixture and stir together until smooth. Then add the Jell-O cheesecake and cottage cheese. Fill the small glasses with cream cheese mixture and top with cherry pie filling.

Serves 10 (small shot type glasses) 2.5 ounce glasses

What a fun lime football this was the perfect dessert for our football party. I saw a similar lime football at Taste Book. This would also be great for St. Patrick’s Day Soda with a slice of lime.

Lime Sherbet Sodas

*Lime Soda
*Lime Sherbet

Pour lime soda in soda glass mug and top with a scoop of lime sherbet.

Lime Football

*Limes
*Fruit Decorating Knife

Wash and cut limes into fourths. Cut or scrap lime to make it look like a football. Cut/slit football lime in the fleshy center of lime and hook onto the soda glass mug.
