Halloween Dinner Party

This year for our dinner party we called it, “The Bats and Spiders Kitchen Laboratory”. We’ve done these dinner parties for about 16 years and it has been a fun to get together for our family.

First, we would figure out the theme for our party and then select some names for each item we were to serve on our menu. Then the dinner would be served in three different courses. We included napkins, drinks and silverware as part of the menu selections.

I would serve them each course according to their filled out menu card and then take away after every course, such as; knife, fork, spoons and used plates and then serve the next course. Everyone is very full by the end of this dinner.

I will be posting some of the things we served after our dinner which is going to be on Halloween.

Halloween Candy Table

20131013-231450.jpg

I was looking through all my jars and thought I would fill them with all different kinds of candy for our Halloween dinner party and this is what I came up with. You can use any jars that you have and just add labels to them. There are of tons of labels on Pinterest. I will connect you to some listed below but the ones I used I bought from Michael’s the Martha Stewart Halloween labels.

Hint: I used Clear Contact Paper to attach the labels to jars so that I could remove them easily after Halloween.
