Monster Mash Cereal

Supplies and Ingredients:

*2 cups Franken Berry, marshmallows reserved and saved for topping

*2 cups Boo Berry Cereal, marshmallows reserved and saved for topping

*2 cups Count Chocula, marshmallows reserved and saved for topping

*1 heaping cup Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers

*1 teaspoon Coconut Oil, melted

*Halloween or colorful sprinkles, we found ours at Walmart

Directions:

Place 3 cereal flavors in a large mixing bowl.

Melt white wafers along with the coconut oil according to directions or in 30 second increments in the microwave in a microwaveable bowl, stirring between each increment until melted.

Add the melted white chocolate 1/3 at a time to the cereal, stirring lightly as needed until most of the cereal is covered. Then Spread cereal mixture on to Silpat covered or 1 parchment covered 1/2 baking sheet. Then top the white chocolate cereal with nonpareils/sprinkles and Marshmallows. Note: Make sure to add toppings before white chocolate dries.

Allow to dry and serve or keep in airtight container for up to a week.
