Centipede Bread

*1 long Rhodes Frozen Bread Dough, thawed according to directions

*1/4 cup Butter, melted

*1 to 2 teaspoons Lawry’s Garlic Salt course ground with parsley

*Grated Parmesan Cheese, add after baking

*1 can Dried Chow Mein Noodles, Lo Mein, use as many as needed for legs

*2 Black Olives, Eyes

Once the bread dough has thawed, roll the bread dough into length of French bread and form the dough into a slithering snake on a Silpat or parchment covered 1/2 backing sheet. Press in the front of the centipede 2 black olives for the eyes. Then using a pastry brush brush on the melted butter on top of the bread and sprinkle with garlic salt and bake the bread according to the directions on the frozen bread dough package or Bake 350*F. For 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove bread from the oven add the Parmesan cheese and bake for another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove again from the oven and allow the bread to cool slightly and add the chow mein noodle legs, add as many as desired.

Serve as desired.

Zucchini Brownie Graveyard

 Zucchini Brownies

*
*1 and 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar

*1/4 cup Extra Light Olive Oil

*1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

*1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

*2 cups Peeled and grated Zucchini

*1 teaspoon Sea Salt

*1 and 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour

*1/2 cup White Wheat flour or Whole Wheat Flour

*1/4 cup Special Dark Cocoa Powder

*1 and 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda

Stir together with a wooden spoon, in a large glass the wet ingredients: Sugar, oil, vanilla, sea salt and grated zucchini.

Sift together in a bowl the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.

Stir the dry ingredients gradually into the wet ingredients and mix until totally combined.

In a quarter baking sheet lined with Pam cooking spray, pour the brownie batter evenly on baking sheet.

Bake in a 350*F. oven for 25-30 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch.

Topping

*1 Jar 13 ounce Marshmallow Fluff, we used Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme

*Reeses Scary Ghosts, Bats and etc…

After baking brownies allow them to cool. Then top with Marshmallow fluff. Note: Do not stir marshmallow fluff! Scoop spoonful’s all across the brownies keeping the edges free of marshmallows, edges are the dirt and marshmallow fluff is the fog.

Turn on the oven to broil and place brownies with fluff topping into the oven and watch carefully until it starts to brown. Remove from oven and add Halloween Toppings as desired.
