White Chocolate Skeleton Bones

Supplies need:

*White Melting Wafers (melt 1/2 a cup of wafers at a time in the microwave in 30 second increments stirring between increments just until melted) I like Ghirardelli

*Candy Molds, Wilton Candy Mold at JoAnns or Amazon or See Skeleton Bones mold, Walmart and Coffin Molds Walmart

*Jet Black Powder Cocoa or Hershey’s Dark Cocoa Powder for dusting and aged look

*Piping/Pastry Bag, cutting small hole in the tip or use small round decorating tip or silicon Chocolate decorating bottle.  Add melted wafers to bag or bottle and pipe or squeeze into molds.

Allow the filled molds to set in the fridge about 15 minutes or until set.  Remove the molds from the refrigerator and carefully remove bones and brush them with cocoa powder with food brush or I used a plastic bag with 1 to 2 teaspoons cocoa powder and drop one bone at a time into the bag shake and remove from bag.

Use melted candy wafers as glue for attaching bones to the brownies.

Ghostly Eggs

Ghostly Eggs

*11 to 12 Eggs, Hard Boiled

*Large Shake Straw

*Regular Straws, eyes

*Egg Tray, to rest eggs

*12 Large Eggs, hard-boiled, I like to cook them in my Electric pressure cooker/Insta Pot, with 1 cup of water place in the bottom of the pot 1 layer of eggs you can fit 11 to 12 eggs, if you layer them on top of each other than some may crack. Also, use good quality eggs with thicker shells, I’ve had trouble with Wal-mart’s egg shells cracking, the shells are thin. Cook them 3 to 4 minutes, this will take about 15 to 20 minutes with the pressurizing and depressurizing or cook according to you electric pressure cooker instructions. After pressure cooker/insta pot depressurizing cooked eggs. Remove from cooker and place cooked eggs into a bowl of ice water to cool down and then peel.

*Large Shake Straws, mouth squeeze straw and poke into desired spot for the mouth, press in just the white part release squeeze on straw this will bring out the white egg into straw pull straw out. Repeat for eyes with regular size straw.
