Harvest Salad

*2-3 Gala Apples, cut bite size
*10 small Portobello Mushrooms, wiped clean, diced
*small Red Onion minced
*1 container Crumbled Feta Cheese
*1/4 cup Pecans
*1/4 cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins)
* 1 can sliced Water Chestnuts, diced

Balsamic Dressing

4 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2-3 tablespoons Honey

Combine, Add to Harvest Salad

Mayflower Sails

*Mission Home-style Flour Tortillas, 10 count, cut in sail Shapes, use as many as needed
*Greek Pita Whole Wheat Flat Bread, 6 count, 1 Pita makes 2 boat bottoms

*8 Skewers
4 Apples cut in half for the base of Sail Boat

Assembles Sail Boats add then add the Harvest Salad on Plate.

Serve!

Makes at least 8 Mayflower Sail Boats

*Thin Brown Ribbon
*Fall Leaf Stamps
*Stamp Pad
*Scissors

*Cellophane to wrap and give as favors etc…,

Bent End Cornucopias

*Jute
*Raffia
*Tan/Yellow Card Stock for small tag shapes, Tag Paper Punch and etc…
*Grommets
*Marker, Stamp Pad for aging edges

You can use any combination of treats.

If you like the look of the curved end, I steamed my cones but I think this link below of dipping the tip in a cup of hot water for about 60 seconds, then microwave 20-30 seconds and then bend tip with a spoon sounds easier.
