Rainbow Layers:

**Round serving Platter

*2 Blood Red Oranges, sliced into wedges

*1 Container Raspberries

*2 Peeled oranges, Divide into wedges

*1 Peeled Mango, cut into small pieces

*1 Peeled Pineapple, cut into small pieces

*3-4 Kiwi, peeled sliced, cut into shamrock shape

*1 container Blueberries, rinsed and dried

*Small Marshmallows, clouds

*Gold Chocolate Coins or Rolo’s

St. Patrick’s Day Treats

St. Patrick’s Day Dipped Oreos

*1 Package Oreo Cookies

*Green and White St. Patrick’s Day Non-Pareil Sprinkles, found at Walmart

*Chocolate Melting Wafers, Like Ghirardelli, Melt according to directions on package.

Dip Oreo halfway in melted wafers allow excess to drip off or drizzle on melted chocolate and place on parchment paper or baking mat add sprinkles, repeat for each Oreo cookie. Allow to set in the fridge for 5 minutes to set quicker.

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

*1 and 1/2 pounds Strawberries, room temperature, washed and dried with paper towels
*10 ounces Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Melting wafers, melted (use more as needed)

*Green and White St. Patrick’s Day Non-Pareil Sprinkles, found at Walmart

Use 4 cup glass measuring cup and melt a cup of the wafers in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted or use a double boiler. Then dip in one strawberry at a time in melted chocolate and place dipped strawberry on baking mat or wax paper, add sprinkles and allow to set. Enjoy!
