Nutter Butter Acorns

*Nutter Butter Cookies, cut in half

*Chocolate Melting Wafers, melt according to directions on package

*Stick Pretzels, cut to size desired for stem

*Brown Chocolate Sprinkles with pumpkins or sprinkles of your choice

*Parchment Paper or Silpat

Instructions:

Melt chocolate and take each cut cookie and with the cut side of the cookie dip into the melted chocolate about 1/2 inch, then sprinkle on the brown chocolate sprinkles or sprinkles of choice.

Set the dipped cookie acorn onto a piece of parchment paper/ Silpat. Then take the pretzel stem dip into the chocolate and add to the top center of the acorn. Allow acorns to set before eating or moving to serving platter. Repeat for each acorn cookie.

Rolo Turkey Pretzels

Rolo Turkey Pretzel

Supplies:

*Rolos, body

*Mini Pretzels, base

*Harvest Candy Corn, feathers

*M&M Mini Baking Bits, for beak use orange and yellow ones

*Candy Eyes

*Cinnamon Bear, waddle, optional

*Tweezers, for placing eyes and beak

*Quarter Baking Sheet

*Parchment Paper or Silpat

Instructions:

Heat oven to 225*F.

We made 16 Rolo Turkey Pretzels

Make these turkeys in 2 batches, melting 8 at a time.

Note: Prep all the turkey parts before trying to assemble, especially if you are having children put them together.

*Pair Eyes together

*Cut M&M’s in half, I used Fiskars Scissors

*Unwrap Rolos

*Select the best pretzels in the package

*Place Candy corns in a bowl

*Cut 1 cinnamon bear into strips and then into waddle pieces, optional

Place 8 pretzels on baking sheet with Silpat or parchment paper, then add the Rolo to the lower part of the pretzel were it crosses. Then place in the oven for 2 minutes and check on them, you want the Rolo soft but not totally melted. This seems like an easy treat but this part can be tricky. Assemble turkeys as desired.

Note: In the below picture I put in melting wafers, they are not needed in making turkeys.
