Ghost Cinnamon Rolls

*See Our Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Recipe or purchased refrigerated Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls or your favorite Cinnamon roll recipe.

*Large Candy Eyes, found at Walmart

*Store Bought Cream Cheese Frosting or See our Homemade Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Homemade Cream Cheese Frosting

Note: This is a Large Batch Frosting

Cream together:

8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened or a light Cream Cheese
1/2 cup softened Butter
2 teaspoons Vanilla

*Add: 4-5 cups Powdered Sugar or more if needed.

Beat together just until all ingredients are mixed well, don’t over beat.

Instructions: After making cinnamon rolls, unroll the cinnamon roll about 5-6 inches of dough, leaving the rolled center intact. Then form ruffles for the bottom of the ghost. See Glitterinc. for more detailed instructions. Melt 1/2 cream cheese frosting in a glass measuring cup, melting slightly about 5-8 seconds in microwave cup. Then drizzle over the cinnamon rolls. Repeat as more frosting is needed. Note: you can thin Homemade cream cheese frosting recipe with Heavy Whipping Cream instead of microwaving.

Add 2 candy eyes and Enjoy!
