Chex Mix

We used this Chex mix for our Football Party and called them Referee Snacks. We used black and white stripped party boxes or you could also use fry boxes. We also added a small plastic treat bags inside the party/fry boxes and filled them with the Chex mix.

Chex Mix

Pre-heat the oven to 250*F.

*1/2 cup Butter
*1 1/4 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
*4 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
*3 cups Corn Chex Cereal
*3 cups Rice Chex Cereal
*2 cups Wheat Chex Cereal
*1-2 cups Stick Pretzels
*1 cup Salted Mixed Nuts, optional

Makes 9-11 cups Chex Mix

Place in a large glass mixing bowl the Chex cereals, pretzel sticks and nuts.

Melt in the microwave, in glass measuring cup, 1/2 cup butter. Then add seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter.

Drizzle the butter mixture over the Chex cereal mixture and toss/mix until all pieces are coated. Then spread combined Chex mixture on a Silpat covered half baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool.

Store in a airtight container (for a few days) or enjoy right away!
