Chocolate Covered Caramel Apples
*Soft Fresh Caramels, making them round
*Red & Green Chocolate Wafers, melted for dipping
*Pretzel Sticks
Form square caramels in to a round shape.
Two bowls or cups microwave safe used for melting the chocolate wafers.
Stick half a pretzel into center of caramel and dip in the red chocolate.
Pipe with a pastry bag using a leaf tip (You can also use a plastic bread bag with a hole snipped out of one corners)and put melted green Chocolate in bag and squeeze out a leaf onto your dry dipped red caramel apple.
