Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes
*9 medium Red Potatoes/Yukon Gold, peeled, cubed (These are from our garden)
Bring water to a boil in a Stock of Pot, cook cubed potatoes until tender, drain and mash.
*7 tablespoons of Butter, more or less
*1 package 8 ounce Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese
*1 can evaporated Milk
*Salt and Pepper to taste
Whip potatoes until fluffy
