Creamy Root Beer Popsicles
Special Supplies:
*Popsicle Molds. I think Silicon molds are the easiest to work with but you can use the kind you like.
Ingredients:
*12 Ounces Bottle AW Root Beer, open place in fridge overnight to reduce bubbles
*8 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk or Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
Instructions:
After the pop has gone flat mix together in a bowl root beer and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until creamy. Then fill popsicle molds add popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
Remove from freezer, remove immediately from molds if in silicone molds and eat right away or store and put in cellophane bags or plastic fold sandwich bags. Tie with ribbon or twist tie or pipe cleaner and store in gallon sized bag in the freezer.
If using hard molds remove from freezer and allow to run under warm water a few seconds, one frozen mold at a time, repeat as needed until you can remove from mold. Enjoy right away or store popsicles in the freezer.
Note: It is a tricky step to remove popsicles hard molds.
