Crock Pot Style Sauerkraut Pork Loin Roast

Supplies: Crock Pot with liner
*
*2 pork Loin Roasts, frozen and about 3 pounds each, thaw in refrigerator
*1-2 Pints Sauerkraut
*1 (12 ounce) can Sprite, or favorite Lemon Lime Soda
*1 onion, sliced as desired
*1/4-1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds, optional
*1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt or to taste
*1/4 Freshly Ground Pepper or to taste
*1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
*2 Apples, sliced as desired
*1/4 cup brown sugar, optional (added if you want a sweet pork)

Layer the above in crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours on high or according to your crock pot instructions.

Serve over mashed potatoes. I like to use instant potatoes, following the directions on the box etc…
