Hawaiian Chicken Crock Pot Style

*1 package frozen Chicken Breast Tenders, thaw in refrigerator
*1/2 jar (9 ounces) Apricot Pineapple Preserves
*1 (16 ounce) jar medium Pace Picante Sauce
*3-6 mini Red, Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers, diced/chopped (Reserve some for garnish if desired
*1 Green Onion, sliced thin for garnish
*Crock Pot with liner for easy cleanup
*
Layer the above ingredients in crock pot except the green onions and some of the bell peppers and cook on high for 3 hours or (4-6 hours on low). Serve over your favorite cooked rice and top with sliced green onions and fresh bell peppers as desired.
