Lime Creamsicle Shakes

Makes 8-9 Shakes

*1/2 gallon Lime Sherbet, softened, sliced
*1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream,softened, sliced
*Straws
*Limes, optional
*Toasted Marshmallows with Andes Thin Mint or any thin mint
*Milk Shake Glasses, chilled in the freezer
Mix in a large mixing bowl the softened sherbet and ice cream just until it is Marbled and add to chilled Milk Shake Glasses.  Garnish as desired.
Thin Mint Toasted Marshmallows
*Andes mints or any Thin Mint
*Marshmallows, toasted
Slice or cut each marshmallow with the scissors a slit on the flat top of the marshmallow (for slipping in thin mint after toasting) and place on a baking sheet with added cooling rack, place marshmallows, flat side up and toast/broil  marshmallows.  (Place baking sheet of marshmallows on the top rack in the oven, watching until a light caramel color on top of marshmallow, about 1 minute.  Remove from oven cool slightly and add Thin Mint.  Then let cool completely and cut the bottom of the marshmallow and add to the edge of filled Lime Creamsicle Shake glass.)
