Lucky Charm Popcorn
*12 cups Popped Air Popped Popcorn, removing all un-popped kernels
*1 cup Vanilla Melting Wafers, I used Light Pink
*2 teaspoons White Shortening
*1 cup Lucky Charm Marshmallows, marshmallows removed from a box of Luck Charms, we used Cinnamon Vanilla Lucky Charms with Snowmen, blue flower/snowflake shape, white round shape, but regular colorful Lucky Charm Marshmallows are great too.
*1/4 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. I used Toll House Mini Morsels
*1/2 cup chopped Honey Teddy Grahams
On medium-low heat, In a double boiler, made by placing a small glass bowl on top of a sauce pan that has about 2 inches of water add to it, then making sure that the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
Add the melting wafers and shortening to the double boiler bowl and stir with a heat resistant rubber scraper, until almost melted then turn of the heat and stir until completely melted.
In a extra-large bowl add 1/2 of the popcorn and pour 1/2 of the melted wafers by drizzling it on top of the popcorn and stir. Then add remaining popcorn, melted wafers and stir in the chopped teddy grahams, lucky charm marshmallows and mini chocolate chips. Stir together until all ingredients are equally coated.
Spread out the popcorn mixture onto 2 (1/2 baking sheets) lined with Silpats or wax paper (for easy removal) allow the popcorn to dry/set.
Enjoy or store completely set popcorn in an airtight container, I’ve stored it up to 3 to 4 days.
