Maple Salmon

This is a most sweet salmon recipe.
*
*5 small to medium frozen Salmon fillets, thawed in refrigerator
*1/4 cup water
*1/8 teaspoon Maple Flavoring
*2-4 tablespoons Brown Sugar
*1 tablespoon fresh grated Ginger Root
*2 tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice
*2 tablespoons Soy Sauce, low sodium
*1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
*Garnish with sliced Green Onions

Maple Sauce
*
In small cooking pot on medium heat Add: Water, maple flavoring, brown sugar, ginger, lemon juice, soy sauce and Garlic. Bring to a boil and take off the heat. Set aside 3 tablespoons or amount desired for serving.
Baking Salmon
On a foil lined baking sheet place salmon fillets and baste each salmon fillet with maple sauce and bake in oven for 2-3 minutes at 400*F. Then baste fish again and bake another 5-7 minutes or until fish is moist and flaky (Internal temperature 145*F) . Baste again just before serving in you like a little sweeter salmon. Garnish as desired.
