Pumpkin Oreo Mousse Parfaits

*1 1/2 cups canned Pumpkin
*1/2 cup Sugar
*1 8 ounce Greek Cream Cheese Yogurt
*1 teaspoon Vanilla
*1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
*1/2 container of 8 ounce Frozen Whip topping, thawed

Whip together until light and fluffy.

Crust:

*6-7 roughly crushed Oreos

Top with canned whipped topping or Cool Whip.

Layer in small shot glasses: Oreos, Pipe (Pastry Bag with tip) Pumpkin, Pipe Cool Whip and top with fresh ground Cinnamon.
