S’mores Popcorn
*12 cups Popped Popcorn
*1 to 2 cups Golden Grahams Cereal
*1/2 cup chopped Honey Teddy Grahams
*1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup Tiny Marshmallows, like Jet Puffs Mallow Bits
*1 cup Vanilla Melting Wafers
*2 teaspoon White Shortening
*3/4 cup Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers, melted according to directions on package, for drizzling over Popcorn mixture
On medium-low heat, In a double boiler, made by placing a small glass bowl on top of a sauce pan that has about 2 inches of water add to it, then making sure that the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
Add the vanilla melting wafers and shortening to the double boiler bowl and stir with a heat-resistant rubber scraper, until almost melted then turn of the heat and stir until completely melted.
In an extra-large bowl add 1/2 of the popcorn and pour 1/2 of the melted wafers by drizzling it on top of the popcorn and stir. Then add remaining popcorn, melted wafers and stir in the Golden Grahams, chopped Teddy Grahams, mini marshmallows and tiny marshmallows. Stir together until all ingredients are equally coated.
Spread out the popcorn mixture onto 2 (1/2 baking sheets) lined with Silpats or wax paper (for easy removal) allow the popcorn to dry/set. Then drizzle melted wafers over popcorn mixture and allow to set and enjoy!
