Sriracha Cauliflower Stir Fry

*1 head Cauliflower, sliced and broken into florets
*3-4 tablespoons Extra Light Olive Oil
*3 Cloves Garlic, grated or pressed
*2-3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
*Juice from 1/2 Lime
*2-3 teaspoons Sriracha, or to taste
*1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika or plain, optional for color
*2 whole Green Onions, sliced, Garnish
*
On medium heat in a skillet, heat oil and then add cauliflower florets and sauté until slightly soft but still crunchy. Then add garlic and sauté for 1 minute and then add soy sauce, lime juice Sriracha and paprika. Garnish with green onions. Serve.
