Strawberries Shortcake

*Pre-made Angel Food Cake
*1 pound (16 ounces) Fresh Strawberries rinsed, dried and sliced
*32 ounce container Vanilla Greek Yogurt, use as needed
*1-2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
*1 cup Brown Sugar
*1/2 cup Butter
*1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
*1/2 teaspoon Butterscotch Flavoring or Rum Flavoring
*Pinch of Sea Salt
*1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped with 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract, until soft peaks or Cool Whipped Topping
*Your Favorite Granola, topping

Vanilla Greek Yogurt
*
Mix in with the vanilla Greek yogurt with 1-2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Strawberry Cinnamon Sauce
*
In a sauce pan on medium heat melt the butter and brown sugar cooking until bubbly and remove from heat. Then add butterscotch or rum oil flavoring, cinnamon and sliced strawberries stir and let the sauce sit for 15-30 minutes let sauce develop.

Slice and cube the angel food cake. Place cubes of cake in individual bowls, layer with yogurt, strawberry cinnamon sauce and top with whipped topping and granola.
