*
Sift together in a bowl the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
*
Stir the dry ingredients gradually into the wet ingredients and mix until totally combined.
*
In a quarter baking sheet lined with Pam cooking spray, pour the brownie batter evenly on baking sheet.
*
Bake in a 350*F. oven for 25-30 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch.
Topping
*1 Jar 13 ounce Marshmallow Fluff, we used Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
*Reeses Scary Ghosts, Bats and etc…
After baking brownies allow them to cool. Then top with Marshmallow fluff. Note: Do not stir marshmallow fluff! Scoop spoonful’s all across the brownies keeping the edges free of marshmallows, edges are the dirt and marshmallow fluff is the fog.
Turn on the oven to broil and place brownies with fluff topping into the oven and watch carefully until it starts to brown. Remove from oven and add Halloween Toppings as desired.
Enjoy!
