Chili Queso

*16 ounces White Velveeta Cheese, cubed
*1 cup Milk, more if needed for thinning
*1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
*1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
*1/4 teaspoon Cumin
*1 teaspoon Chili Powder
*1 tablespoon Lime Juice
*1 can 15 ounce Hormel No Bean Chili
*1 pound Ground Beef, cooked seasoned with black pepper, salt and 1 tablespoon dry minced onions, optional
*Corn Tortilla Chips, for dipping
In an Enamel lined cast Iron skillet on low heat melt the cheese and 1 cup milk. Then add: cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin, chili powder, lime juice and chili. (Add the optional ground beef to make a meaty Queso) Heats until chili Queso has warmed through and serve with Corn tortilla chips.
