We used these at our Jungle Baby Sower as Panda Bear Claws because they live in a forest/Jungle but they work great for Polar Bear etc…

I made it easy by using Cake mix and pre-made Cream Cheese frosting.

Bear Claw Cupcakes

*1 box White Cake Mix, or cake Mix of your choice and make according to directions on box plus add:
*1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract, optional

Supplies for decorating Bear Claw Cupcakes:

*Cream Cheese Frosting
*Coconut, dried and shredded/chopped
*Chocolate Covered Raisins, large Chocolate Chips etc…
*Mint Cookies

Frost and decorate as desired.
