Brownie Pops: Store bought Fudge Brownie Mix made according to directions on box. Then remove then when cooled enough to handle, cut brownies into 1 and 1/2 inch squares and roll into balls. Refrigerate until totally cold.

Remove brownie balls from the fridge about 4 to 5 at a time and dip in melt Ghriadelli Dark Melting Wafers, we found them at Sam’s Club (Melt according to directions on package) and add Colorful Sprinkles and repeat until all brownie balls are dipped.

2 large Marshmallow covered with melted black wafers to make Carnival Strong Man Weight Lifting Barbel. I dipped the both ends of the lollipop stick into the melted wafers and then inserted stick into one of the flat sides of the marshmallow, repeat for the second barbell of the stick, making a barbell. Allow the chocolate to set before dipping marshmallows in melted wafers.

I allowed the dipped barbell to set propped on to wood skewers (the lollipop stick resting on skewers) over a half baking sheet, not letting the marshmallows touch the bottom or sides or each other. I hope that makes sense.

Next time I would use Ghriadelli Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers and add black food coloring.
