Hot Cocoa Station

Having a Winter Sledding Party?  Enjoy having friends and family over after a long afternoon of sledding, snowmobiling or any cold winter activity.

Fill a Thermos full of hot water and your favorite hot chocolate recipe or see our link below for hot cocoa  recipes.  Use cute paper hot drinking cups, we purchased from Walmart and the printable are from Kara’s Party.

Fill a jar full of miniature marshmallows and dip some candy canes in Chocolate Melting Wafers.

Light Hot Dark Chocolate Mix

*1/2 cup Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa

*2 cups Powdered Milk

*1/2 cup Powdered Coffee Creamer, no sugar added

*1 box Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix

*3/4 cup Splenda or 1/2 cup Stevia

*1/2 cup mini Chocolate Chips

*1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt

In a blender, pulse together (pluse-stir-pulse stir, etc…) the above ingredients until everything is combined well. Store in an airtight container.

When serving add 3-4 tablespoons of dark chocolate mix to 1cup hot water or for extra creaminess add to warmed milk of your choice.

Sparkling White Grape Juice Shots

New Years, Christmas or Valentines this an amazing taste of yum!!!

Sparkling White Grape Juice Gelatin Shots

*2 cups Sparkling White Grape Juice, Welches etc… (Chilled)

*1.55 ounce package Royal Gelatin, Summer Berry Punch (Disney Frozen)

*Gold, Silver or White Sugar Sprinkles, added just before serving

In a sauce pan on medium heat, add 1 cup of sparkling white grape juice until it is almost ready to boil, remove from heat and add the package of gelatin, stir until contents is dissolved.  Then add 1 cup of the chilled sparkling white grape juice to the dissolved mixture, stir slightly and pour into individual shot glasses.  Chill until set and then add sprinkles just before serving.
