Make your home a little more festive for a party by making this fun Party Fabric Garland.
Party Fabric Garland
Supplies:
*6 different Fabrics, Fat Quarters would work too, I cut 16 strips of each fabric
*Cutting Matt & Rotary Cutter (Rip or cut 1×21 inch Strips)
*Jute or Ribbon, etc.., as long as needed, making sure you have enough for tying or hanging banner
