Smoked Gouda Fondue

*2 cups cream or half and half

*1 cup grated smoked Gouda Apple Smoked

*3 cups grated Swiss Cheese

*1/2 cup Finley grated Gruyere Cheese

*3 tablespoons Flour, tossed with the grated cheeses

*1 teaspoons Dry Mustard

*1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder

*1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

*Chicken stock for thinning, if needed or desired

*Sea Salt and Black pepper, to taste

In a double boiler, made by using a sauce pan and a glass bowl to fit over the sauce pan . Add 2 to 3 inches of water to the sauce pan, water amount depends on the size of the glass bowl. Do not let the glass bowl touch the water and bring water to a simmer and add the cream to the glass bowl and warm. When the cream has warmed add mustard powder, garlic, powder and onion powder.

In a bowl combine the grated cheeses and toss with the flour. Slowly add the floured grated cheese to the creamed mixture. This will take a few minutes to allow each handful of cheese to be incorporated before adding more cheese. Cheese Fondue will become thick, so thin as desired with chicken stock.

Easy Queso

*1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Onion and Chiles

*1 can (7ounce) Roasted Green Chiles

*1 pound Velveta Cheese

*4 ounces Pepper Jack Cheese, grated

In a double Boiler on medium low heat, melt the Velveta Cheese and Rotel until melted then adding Pepper Jack cheese, stir until combined. Enjoy!

Ideas for dipping: Soft Pretzels, cubed French Bread or Savory Artisan Bread, Crackers, Corn Tortillas and Sauce for Nachos.

Vegetables: (Asparagus, Cauliflower, Broccoli and Blanched, if desired), Carrots, Celery and Zucchini.
