Conversational Heart Marshmallow Sprinkle Cookies
*1 cup Butter, room temperature
*3/4 cup Sugar
*2/3 cup Brown Sugar, packed
*2 eggs, room temperature
*1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
*3 cups All-Purpose Flour
*1 and 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
*3/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
*1/2 cup Vanilla White Chocolate Chips, Guittard
*1/4 cup White Chocolate Instant Pudding, Jell-O brand
*3 tablespoons Sprinkles, pastel colors or colors of your choice
*Pink Marshmallow Hearts, like Strawberry Jet Puffed Heart Marshmallows
*Conversational Hearts, like Brachs
Instructions:
Preheat Oven 350*F.
In a stand mixer or stir by hand, cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar, until a lighter color. Then add the vanilla and adding in 1 egg at a time mix until combined.
Sift together in a bowl the dry ingredients: Flour, baking soda and sea salt. Set aside.
Then in a small food processor add the white chocolate chips and pulse until crumbly. Then add white chocolate pudding and pulse again until combined. Remove from White chocolate mixture from the food processor and add to the dry ingredients, whisk white chocolate mixture and sprinkles into the dry ingredients.
Slowly add 1/3 of the dry ingredients at a time into the creamed mixture and mix/stir just until combined.
Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes. Then scoop 1 tablespoon scoops onto a parchment paper or baking mat covered 1/2 baking sheet. 8 cookies per baking sheet. Note: If you choose to make the large monster size cookies use 2 tablespoons of cookie dough per cookie, 6 cookies per sheet.
Bake cookies for 9 minutes, then remove from the oven and add a heart marshmallow to the center of each cookie. Return to the oven and bake another 2 minutes or until the marshmallow is puffed up and cookie begins to brown lightly around the edges of the each cookie. Remove again from the oven and add conversational heart to the center of each marshmallow and allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes on baking sheet before removing. Enjoy cookies!
Makes around 4 dozen 1 tablespoon cookies or 2 dozen 2 tablespoon cookies
