Crumbly Peanut Butter Pretzel Crisps

Now before we get started making theses Crumbly Peanut Butter Pretzel Crisps. THESE ARE CRUMBLY!!!

This being said you may want to dip the entire Pretzel Crisp in the chocolate coating to make a less messy bite.

The main reason I wanted to make these is because the smaller pretzels are just toooooo…. hard for me and so I like these you will just need a plate under your chin when you take a bite!!!

I do love the powdered peanut butter filling with less calories and not as greasy. I hope you enjoy these messy thin bites!!!

Hint: If you bite the end without the dipped chocolate it will be much less messy!

Combine in a bowl the peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt and water as needed. Mix until well combined and semi-sticky dough.

Place 1/2 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture onto the backside of one of the pretzels and carefully pressing flat as to not break the pretzel and add another pretzel to the top and dip into melted chocolate mixture as desired. Allow them to set on wax paper or parchment paper or Silpat baking mat.
