Brownie Pop Recipe
*1 1/2 cups Sugar
*1/3 cup Baking Cocoa
Whisk together.
*1/2 cup Butter melted
*1/2 cup Light Olive Oil
Mix together with the Sugar and Cocoa mixture.
*4 Eggs, you can add them one at a time
*2 teaspoons Vanilla
*2 cups All-Purpose Flour or Cake Flour
*1/4 teaspoon Salt
After mixing together the above ingredients with wire whisk use a Cake Pop Pan and spray well with Cooking Spray. Fill each Cake Pop 3/4 full, bake at 350*F. For 18-20 minutes. Cool and Decorate.
Hint: Tooth Pick helps remove Pops from the pan.
I used a white and a clear Pastry Bag, any pastry bag and a large tip will work just fine.
Decorating Supplies:
*White Chocolate Melting Discs
*Sucker Sticks
*White decorating Eyes
*I used a foam ring from the Dollar Store to hold up the Cake Pops after decorating

These are some of the fun things you could use to decorate the Brownies Pop Shapes, you can use whatever you have on hand the sky’s the limit!
You might need to cut off the bottom of the Brownie Pops so they will be flat against the cookies. I used a Coconut Pecan Frosting as the glue and Green Chocolate Melting Discs, melt them for 30 seconds in the microwave and then every 10 seconds until melted. Then cover/Dip etc. Brownie Pops and I used yellow decorating eyes.

Creepy Spiders
Salad “Push-Ups”
Layer the vegetables and rice of your choice in plastic Push-Ups. (I found these plastic Push-Up containers at Porters and Walmart, some of them have holes in the bottom so makes sure yours don’t or they will leak.)
Happy Halloween!!!
