Fresh Strawberry Lemonade

*1 pound container Whole Strawberries, rinsed well and stems removed, extra strawberries for garnish

*3 cups Sugar

*2 cups Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (about 10)

*12 cups Cold Water or 8 cups Cold Water and 4 cups Crushed Ice

Blend together in a blender the strawberries, lemon juice, 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar.

In a large container or use a 2 gallon container. Pour into container the remaining water, sugar and strawberry lemonade mixture. Stir until combined. Chill well in the refrigerator. Garnish with strawberry if desired.

Homemade Concord Grape Juice, Simply Orange Juice and Hershey’s Chocolate Milk (Hershey’s Syrup and Milk, follow directions on bottle)

Easter Nests

* (12 ounce) 1 large bag Chow Mein Noodles, La Choy, slightly broken up

*1 package Malted Milk Easter Eggs

*1 and 1/2 cups Ghriradelli Bittersweet or use 3/4 cup bittersweet and 3/4 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

*1 cup good quality Peanut Butter

*1/4 cup Coconut Oil

*1/2 cup Maple Syrup

In a Microwaveable glass bowl, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup. In 30 second increments, stirring between each increment, just until melted about 4 times.

Stir in broken chow main noodles stirring until coated.

Using silicone muffin tins or line regular muffin tins with Saran Wrap, using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop and scoop mixture into cups forming a nest shape for the 3 malted milk Easter eggs to rest inside the chocolate noodle nest.

Allow the nests to set before adding the eggs.
